Communique #1: Introduction

Welcome to We Attack At Dusk. This will be a webzine dedicated to the punk rock community in numerous different ways. It will include uploads of out of print records, interviews with bands, as well as socio-political commentary.

The purpose of this zine is very much like its sister zine (Choose Your Heaven), to create a dialogue about issues within the punk rock community, with an emphasis on political bands and ideas. As with Choose Your Heaven, any ignorant comments made about any of the postings, but especially interviews, will immediately be deleted. Unlike a messageboard, the sole purpose of this zine is to create a serious discussion about the world we exist in. If you disagree or want to raise awareness to a different idea, please feel free to. But if you insist on belittling anyone or anything in purposeful negative way, it will be removed. But with that out of the way, this is suppose to be something the reader will enjoy, not fear. I know the people interested in such ideas are not going to be the ones starting problems, so I highly doubt it will ever come to such an action.

I hope to frequently update this page with new material, so please keep an eye out on this. I will most likely mix this with information about local shows and maybe information on my current projects as well. If I know of any local (and even national/international) protests or gatherings that I think people will be interested in, I will posted that up as well.
